Do you have trouble getting off to sleep at night? Do you wake up early in the morning? Spend the night tossing and turning? The aim of this workshop is to help you improve your understanding of sleep and ways of dealing with sleep problems. You will cover the effectiveness of your current sleep routine, identify various ways to improve sleep, and discover ways of overcoming sleep problems.
