Whether mild or severe, experiencing anxiety can limit the potential for enjoyment in our own lives. In this course, students will learn the physical, mental, and emotional signs of anxiety: it DOES serve a purpose. With instructional guidance and peer support, learners will be encouraged to value and assess the important warning signals our bodies sent to us. With opportunities to identify personal causes and symptoms of anxiety, students will explore how to take small steps to break the cycle of anxiety-producing thoughts, beliefs, and behaviours.
