This course looks at worry, depression, low motivation and isolation, and will help you develop skills like healthy thinking, problem solving, confidence and anger management in fun and interactive sessions. Trained and certified facilitators will teach materials and lead group activities to help you practice different skills or strategies. The sessions are designed to help participants identify problem areas and give them the tools and skills to make changes that will last as they learn what work for them through the modules.
