Are you feeling this way? It’s more common than you might think, but we know it’s still hard to talk about. People might judge you or react negatively, and that will only make things worse. But if you or someone you know are feeling this way, you aren’t alone. It’s important to find someone who you trust – like a teacher, a friend, or a caregiver – to talk to about it.
