Ride Don’t Hide is a community bike ride hosted, nationally, by the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA), with the goal to raise awareness and help break the stigma surrounding mental health while raising essential funds to support mental health programs.
The community event is a ride, not a race, with routes designed for riders of all ages and abilities—from beginner rider to the advanced cyclist. 2017 marks the 4th Annual Ride Don’t Hide event for CMHA – Calgary, the only ride in Alberta. Our goal in 2017 is to have 550 cyclists, raising over $150,000. In total, the Calgary Ride Don't Hide event will need approximately 80 volunteers to run safely and smoothly. Volunteers will be provided with a T-Shirt, lunch and any materials they may require (i.e. safety vest).
