Energize Don’t Hide 2021: Thank You!
We have reached the end of our summer wellness campaign Energize Don’t Hide 2021 and cannot express how grateful we are for the incredible and continued support!
Although 2021 was still a trying time for all of us, we came together as a community to take care of ourselves and our loved ones, physically and mentally, and ensured thousands of Calgarians access to the CMHA mental health resources they deserve, when they need it most.
Energize Don’t Hide 2021 Challenge Summary
We are so excited to announce that we surpassed our original fundraising goal of $125,000 and raised $150,024!!!
Thank you to everyone who put their dollars towards Energize Don’t Hide. We are blown away by the new and continuous supporters who demonstrated that when we work together, we generate the biggest impact.
Energize Don’t Hide 2021 was a major success in many different ways. Surpassing our original goals in every category, we were amazed by the number of participants, teams, and minutes of activity that was achieved during Energize Don’t Hide.

Top Individual Winner: Keirstyn Secord

50/50 Success
We closed out Energize Don’t Hide with our first ever Energize Don’t Hide 50/50 raffle! In friendly competition with our neighbour, CMHA Edmonton, we went head-to-head to see which CMHA could sell the most 50/50 tickets to wrap up each of our summer fundraisers.
Thanks to your energy, we were able to get the jackpot to $11,260! Congratulations to Darwyn and Cheri, for being our lucky ticket number #4483. Thank you for supporting the closing of our Energize Don’t Hide 2021 Challenge!

Just because Energize Don’t Hide has come to an end, doesn’t mean your wellness journey has to as well. This summer, keep energizing and encourage your family, friends and networks to engage in their physical health to keep their mental health in check.
