Rick Hammermeister (he/him) is an innovative and proven financial leader offering over 25+ years of experience building and leading finance teams across a variety of industries. He holds a prior record of success in providing strategic leadership towards executing and driving business plans and results as well as in-depth analysis of financial initiatives and directives.

Director, Strategy, Grants & Performance

Cynthia Badura Berntson (she/her) is a strategic leader who enjoys bringing people and data together to determine how organizations can deliver what matters for clients and responsible businesses. Director, Operations - Community Mental Health and Wellness

Michelle Wagner (she/her) is a dedicated leader who is passionate about working with people in the community and supporting those who are seeking help. Michelle is both focused and strategic in her approach, recognising the value in connecting with stakeholders, creating mutually beneficial partnerships, and investing in the relationships that will ensure sustainable progress is achieved.
