The YouthSMART Guide

With the support of Sagium and Kinsted Wealth, YouthSMART.ca has the opportunity to expand it’s youth-based content to great lengths reaching even more viewers across the country. Other than just being a resourceful website, the YouthSMART initiative aims to breakdown the social stigma that exists surrounding youth mental health by offering educational sessions to students and community members alike. 

YouthSMART is contributing to mental health awareness, a reduction of stigma and ultimately, normalization of mental health concerns.
