HOURS OF WORK:                 35 hours per week (Monday – Friday 2:30 pm – 9:30 pm)
POSITION SUMMARY:            The Coordinator plays a crucial role as the first point-of-contact, providing information and support, as individuals embark on their wellness journey. This role delivers an excellence in standard of care, while providing positive, compassionate service and problem-solving skills, to help assist clients’ needs.

Your role may involve emergency response direct interaction with distressed individuals and the management of critical incidents. It is essential that you demonstrate resilience, stress tolerance and ability to maintain composure under pressure.
CMHA Calgary is a smoke-free work environment, there may be occasional exposure to secondhand smoke from designated smoking areas nearby.
