Impact Boxing Promotions of Calgary in association with Blue Collar Boxing Alberta will be hosting an amateur boxing dinner show on Saturday, November 11 at the Deerfoot Inn and Casino. A portion of the event’s proceeds will be given to the Canadian Mental Health Association – Calgary Region (CMHA Calgary).
Impact Boxing Promotions has hosted many events over 20 years, helping to raise funds for many organizations in Calgary and surrounding areas. Blue collar workers in Calgary will be trained for two months and Impact will get them in shape and teach them skills of amateur boxing. This event is sanctioned by Boxing Alberta and is very safe! There are officials, referees, and a ringside doctor. Each participant will be registered as an amateur boxer with Boxing Canada and will be required to have a yearly medical, forms to be provided.
Jeff Mayweather will be attending for a meet and greet, and a silent auction will be held as well.
