National Depression Screening Week

National Depression Screening Day (NDSD) is a free public service provided by Calgary Counselling Centre with the help of our community and corporate partners.
Through a short, anonymous, and free online screening test, NDSD helps people check in with how they are feeling and encourages those who need it to get help. The online questionnaire takes less than three minutes to complete, and it offers individuals the opportunity to be screened for depressive symptoms, with complete anonymity, from any computer or mobile device.
The test is available in English, French, Spanish, Punjabi, and Chinese.
