Energize Don’t Hide Challenge

Energize Don’t Hide is a way to take care of your mental health, physical health and your community. From May 2 – June 30, 2022 join thousands of energizers who will cycle, walk, run, meditate and workout across Canada to raise funds for CMHA Calgary youth and adult mental health programs.

Be part of the MOVEment to ensure your friends, family, colleagues and neighbours will have access to CMHA Calgary mental health programs, when they need it.
