Managing Job Loss is a 4-week therapeutic group designed to support individuals who have lost a job. The focus of the group is to help individuals cope with the psychological impact of losing a job. Topics include grief and loss, self-assessment, self-care, and managing anxiety. The group will not focus on searching for a job, but resources for finding employment will be discussed. This group has been designed for anyone who has lost a job and is looking for support moving forward after their loss.
This group will be held upcoming on Thursdays, beginning November 18 – December 9, 2021, from 10 am – 12 pm MST through Zoom. Space is limited, but to register, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
