These groups are often facilitated by trained individuals who guide the conversation and ensure a supportive and respectful environment.

What is Counselling?

Counselling can help individuals develop coping strategies, strengthen resilience, and improve mental well-being.

What are Community Supports?
Community Supports include a variety of programs and services designed to help individuals integrate into their community and manage their mental health. These can include workshops, educational seminars, recreational activities, and social gatherings that encourage engagement and promote mental health awareness.

What are Clinical Supports?
Clinical Supports refer to medical or therapeutic services provided by healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists, psychologists, or licensed therapists. These services are aimed at diagnosing, treating, and managing mental illness through clinical interventions and treatment plans.

What is Peer Support?
Peer Support involves support from individuals who have lived experience of mental health challenges. This type of support is provided by trained peers who offer empathy, understanding, and guidance based on their own experiences.
