Getting the message out on mental health, one pedal at a time 

It took a long time for 23-year-old Ryan Martin to be able to talk about living with mental health issues, but now he’s sharing his story with Canada as he cycles across the country.

Martin has partnered with the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) to raise money for its flagship event, Ride Don’t Hide, on June 24.

“The one thing we know is: when we see these positive stories, it truly inspires others […] he’s really creating hope for other people.”
